Shin and Gloopin Stew
A hearty stew made with tender shin meat and infused with the unique flavor of gloopin. Serve with a side of soothing soothe.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Shin
- β2 tablespoons Gloopin
- β1/4 cup Soothechopped fresh
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 medium Carrotspeeled and chopped
- β2 medium Potatoespeeled and chopped
- β4 cups Water

Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped onion and sautΓ© until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.

Add the chopped carrots and potatoes, and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the shin, gloopin, salt, and black pepper, and stir to combine.

Add the water to the pot and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1.5 hours, or until the shin is tender.
