Irish Golden Gratin
A comforting gluten-free gratin dish featuring a rich, golden sauce and a blend of Irish cheeses.
Ingredients
- β2 pounds Glorious Golden Potatoesthinly sliced
- β1 cup, shredded Irish Cheddar Cheese
- β1/2 cup, shredded Gruyere Cheese
- β4 tablespoons Butter
- β2 tablespoons All-purpose Gluten-Free Flour
- β1 cup Milk
- β Salt and Pepper
- β2 sprigs Fresh Thymechopped

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.

Add the sliced potatoes and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.

In a separate saucepan, combine the flour and milk, whisking until smooth.

Add the shredded cheddar and Gruyere cheese, stirring until melted.

Add the cooked potatoes to the cheese sauce and stir to combine.
