Grilled Venezuelan Chicken Skewers
Tender chicken skewers marinated in a flavorful Venezuelan-inspired mixture, grilled to perfection. Serve with a side of your favorite rice, beans, or salad.

- β2 tablespoons glorious golden olive oilfor brushing skewers
- β1/4 cup venezuelan sofritosee notes
- β1 medium chopped onionsee notes
- β1 medium chopped bell peppersee notes
- β2 cloves minced garlicsee notes
- β2 tablespoons lemon juicesee notes
- β1 teaspoon saltsee notes
- β1/2 teaspoon black peppersee notes

In a large bowl, whisk together sofrito, onion, bell pepper, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well to coat. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
