Gluten-Free Rice Roll
A simple and delicious gluten-free dish made with rice and a few other ingredients.
Ingredients
- β2 cups Rice
- β1/2 cup Gluten-free rice flour
- β1 cup Water
- β1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- βto taste Salt
- β Optional: sesame seeds or chopped scallions for garnishadds extra flavor and texture

1. Rinse the rice and soak it in water for at least 30 minutes.

2. Drain the water and mix the rice with gluten-free rice flour in a bowl.

3. Gradually add in water and mix until a sticky dough forms.

4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and pliable.

5. Divide the dough into 4-6 equal pieces, depending on how large you want your rolls to be.

6. Roll each piece into a thin circle, about 1/8 inch thick.

7. Heat a non-stick pan or a cast-iron skillet over medium heat.

8. Brush the pan with a little vegetable oil and place a rolled circle in the pan.

9. Cook the roll for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until it is lightly browned and crispy.

10. Repeat with the remaining dough and serve the rolls warm with your favorite fillings.
