Irish Beef Hash
A hearty Irish dish made with ground beef and crispy potatoes. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

- β1 cup golden hashshredded
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β2 cloves minced garlicminced
- β2 tbsp all-purpose flourfor thickening
- β1 cup beef brothlow sodium

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks, until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the golden hash to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until the hash is crispy and lightly browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.

Gradually add the beef broth to the skillet, whisking constantly, and bring the mixture to a simmer.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the hash is hot and bubbly.
