Norwegian Brown Pasta Bake
A hearty and flavorful pasta bake with Norwegian brown cheese and golden breadcrumbs. A great comfort food for any occasion.
Ingredients

- β200g Norwegian brown cheese
- β50g golden breadcrumbs
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β2 cloves garlic
- β1 medium onion
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper

Preheat the oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and onion and cook until softened.

Add the Norwegian brown cheese to the skillet and stir until melted.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir to combine.

Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish and top with golden breadcrumbs.
