Pan-Fried Bao Dumplings with Garlic and Golden Sauce

Ingredients
- β1 package (12-15 pieces) Bao dough
- β1/4 cup soy sauce Golden saucesee notes for homemade golden sauce recipe
- β2 cloves, minced Garlic
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β1 large, peeled and diced Potatoes
- β1/4 cup, chopped Scallionsoptional

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add diced potatoes and cook until they start to brown.

Add bao dough pieces to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
