Chicken Pozole
A Mexican-inspired posole recipe with tender chicken, flavorful broth, and crunchy toppings.
Ingredients
- β1 lb chicken breast
- β1 can golden pozole
- β2 green chiliesdiced
- β1 tsp mexican oregano
- β1 medium with oniondiced
- β1 tsp dulce de lechefor serving
- β1 cup tortilla chipsfor serving

1. Shred the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

2. In a large pot, heat 2 tbsp of oil over medium-high heat.

3. Add the diced onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

4. Add the diced green chilies and cook for 1 minute.

5. Add the shredded chicken, pozole, and mexican oregano.

6. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

8. Serve the pozole hot, topped with a drizzle of dulce de leche and crushed tortilla chips.
