Grilled Chicken Skewers with American BBQ Sauce
Juicy grilled chicken skewers smothered in a sweet and tangy American BBQ sauce, perfect for a summer evening.
Ingredients
- β1 pound, cut into 1-inch pieces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- β1/2 cup American BBQ Sauce
- β10-12 Golden Skewers
- β Vegetables of choice (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc.)
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β Salt and pepper
- β Optional: garlic powder, paprika, or other seasonings of choice

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Thread chicken and vegetables onto the golden skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

Brush the olive oil onto both sides of the chicken and vegetables.

Season with salt, pepper, and any desired additional seasonings.

Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
