Greek Lamb Skewers
Tender lamb skewers marinated in a classic Greek mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, and herbs. Perfect for a summer BBQ or outdoor gathering.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Lamb shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubes
- β1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β2 tablespoons Fresh oregano, chopped
- β2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
- β1 clove Garlic, minced
- βto taste Salt and pepper
- β10-12 Skewers, wooden or metal

In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, olive oil, oregano, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Add the lamb cubes to the bowl and toss to coat with the marinade.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto the skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes per side, or until the lamb is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
