Golden Chicken Bowl
A delicious, smoky chicken bowl inspired by Portuguese flavors, served with a side of golden goodness.
Ingredients
- β1 lb chicken breastboneless and skinless
- β2 large golden potatoespeeled and cubed
- β1 tsp smoky paprikadried
- β1 tsp portuguese seasoningstore-bought or homemade
- β2 tbsp olive oilfor cooking
- βto taste saltfor seasoning
- βto taste black pepperfor seasoning

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the chicken breast with salt, black pepper, and portuguese seasoning.

Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the chicken breast for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Transfer the chicken to a plate and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Toss the cubed potatoes with the remaining 1 tbsp of olive oil, smoky paprika, and salt.

Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
