Savory Pierogi with Gooey Boudin Filling
A unique fusion of Ukrainian pierogi with Indian spices and a gooey boudin filling, perfect for adventurous eaters.
Ingredients

- β1 pound boudin
- β2 tablespoons ghee
- β1 medium onion
- β2 cloves garlic
- β1 teaspoon garam masala
- β1 teaspoon cumin
- β1 teaspoon coriander

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Cook the pierogi according to package instructions until they float to the surface.

Meanwhile, heat the ghee in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute.
