Algerian-Style Gooey Tagine
A rich and flavorful tagine with gooey meat and spices, inspired by Algerian cuisine. This dish is perfect for a hearty meal.
Ingredients

- β1 pound Gooey Meat (Beef or Lamb)
- β2 tablespoons Rest Olive Oil
- β2 cups Meat Broth
- β1 medium Rest Onion
- β2 cloves Rest Garlic

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
