Argentinian Chia Seed Cereal
A simple and nutritious Argentinian-inspired breakfast cereal made with chia seeds and gooey toppings.

- β1 cup chia seeds
- β1 cup gooseberries (or substitute with dried gooeys)soaked overnight
- β1 tsp honey (or substitute with maple syrup)optional
- β2 tsp goeey nut butteroptional
- β1 tsp fry oilfor frying gooseberries

1. In a bowl, mix together chia seeds and honey (or maple syrup).

2. Add in soaked gooseberries and stir to combine.

3. If using, stir in goeey nut butter.

4. Cover the bowl with a plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

5. Heat a skillet with fry oil over medium heat.

6. Fry the gooseberries until caramelized, about 5 minutes.
