Spanish Beef Fiesta
A flavorful and spicy beef dish inspired by Spanish cuisine, perfect for a festive night in.
Ingredients
- ●500g Beef striploin
- ●2 tbsp Gooey honeyoptional
- ●2 tsp Spanish paprika
- ●1 large Fry onions
- ●1 Festive pepper
- ●to taste Salt and pepper
- ●2 tbsp Olive oil

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Season the beef striploin with salt and pepper.

In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Sear the beef striploin for 2-3 minutes per side, then transfer to a baking tray.

Add the sliced onions and peppers to the pan and cook until softened.

Add the Spanish paprika and stir to combine.

Return the beef to the pan and spoon some of the onion and pepper mixture over the top.

Transfer the pan to the preheated oven and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the beef reaches 60°C (140°F) for medium-rare.

Remove the beef from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Slice the beef thinly against the grain and serve with the onion and pepper mixture spooned over the top.
