French Tart Galette
A delicious pastry dessert that combines the flakiness of a galette crust with the richness of a French tart filling.
Ingredients

- ●1 package French galette dough
- ●1 cup Challot pastry cream
- ●1 cup Tart cherries
- ●1 tablespoon Granulated sugar

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Roll out the French galette dough to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.

Transfer the dough to a 9-inch tart pan with a removable bottom.

In a separate bowl, mix together the challot pastry cream, tart cherries, and granulated sugar.

Pour the cream mixture into the tart shell.

Bake the tart for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
