Croatian Stew
A hearty and flavorful stew made with Croatian sausage and vegetables.

Ingredients
- β1 pound Croatian sausagesliced
- β2 tablespoons goeeyfor browning sausage
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β2 medium potatodiced
- β2 medium carrotpeeled and chopped
- β2 cups beef brothhomemade or store-bought
- β1 cup stewfor thickening

Instructions

Heat the oven to 300Β°F (150Β°C).

In a large Dutch oven, brown the sausage over medium-high heat until crispy.

Remove the sausage from the pot and set aside.

Add the garlic, onion, potato, and carrot to the pot. Cook until the vegetables are tender.

Add the beef broth to the pot and bring to a boil.

Return the sausage to the pot and cover.
