Spanish Paella with Pisto
A classic Spanish dish featuring saffron-infused rice, savory paella, and a flavorful pisto salsa.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup Gooey mozzarella
- β1 Green bell pepper
- β2 tablespoons Pisto salsa
- β3 tablespoons Olive oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- β1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
Instructions

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the diced green bell pepper and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the Spanish paella rice and cook, stirring constantly, for 1-2 minutes.

Add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the rice is cooked.
