Dabo Gorgonzola Stuffed Mushrooms
A rich and creamy dish combining the flavors of Dabo cheese with the earthy taste of gorgonzola, all stuffed inside gooey indulgent mushrooms.
Ingredients
- ●1/2 cup, crumbled gorgonzola cheese
- ●1/2 cup, crumbled dabo cheese
- ●12-15, depending on size mushrooms
- ●2 tbsp butter
- ●2 cloves, minced garlic
- ●2 tbsp, chopped parsley
- ●1 tsp salt
- ●1/2 tsp pepper

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.

In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant.

Add the mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.

In a bowl, mix together the gorgonzola and Dabo cheese.

Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture, dividing it evenly.

Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste, then top with chopped parsley.
