Malaysian Muffin Stir Fry
A unique fusion of flavors and textures, this dish combines the crunch of a stir fry with the comfort of a muffin.
Ingredients
- β2 tbsp Gooey honey
- β1 loaf Muffin breadcut into small cubes
- β1/4 cup Fry oil
- β2 tbsp Malaysian stir fry sauce
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β1 medium Bell pepperchopped
- β1 cup Snow peaschopped
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper

Heat the fry oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the onion and bell pepper and stir-fry until they start to soften.

Add the snow peas and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add the muffin bread and stir-fry until it starts to brown.

Pour in the Malaysian stir fry sauce and stir-fry until the bread is well coated.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and drizzle with gooey honey.

Bake in a preheated oven at 375Β°F (190Β°C) for 10-15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
