Traditional German Treacle Cake

- ●150g Gooeysoftened
- ●100g Midnight
- ●1 cup Polishall-purpose flour
- ●1/2 cup Hashbrown sugar

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Grease a 20cm (8 inch) round cake pan.

Mix together the treacle, gooey, and midnight in a large bowl.

Add the polish and hash to the bowl and mix until well combined.

Pour the mixture into the prepared cake pan.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
