Gooey Cheese Dumplings
A Russian-inspired dish featuring gooey cheese-filled dumplings. Delicious and easy to make, this dish is perfect for a cozy evening.
Ingredients
- ●1 package (usually around 20 pieces) Dumpling dough
- ●1 cup, shredded Gooey cheese
- ●1/2 cup, crumbled Russian cheese
- ●to taste Salt
- ●as needed Water

1. Preheat a large pot of water and add a pinch of salt.

2. Bring the water to a boil and cook the dumplings according to the package instructions.

3. While the dumplings are cooking, mix together the gooey cheese and Russian cheese in a bowl.

4. Once the dumplings are done, remove them from the water with a slotted spoon and add to the cheese mixture.
