Slovakian Chicken Tacos
A unique twist on traditional Mexican tacos by incorporating Slovakian flavors and using chicken as the main protein.
Ingredients
- β1 pound chicken breastboneless and skinless
- β2 tablespoons slovakian paprikasweet and smoky
- β1 tablespoon gooey molassesuse as a glaze
- β4-6 bake flour tortillasfor tacos
- β1 cup shredded cheesecheddar or Monterey Jack work well
- β1 cup sliced radishesfor garnish
- β1/4 cup sliced cilantrofor garnish
- β4-6 lime wedgesfor serving
- β salt and pepperto taste

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and Slovakian paprika.

Bake the chicken in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.

While the chicken is baking, warm the tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Once the chicken is done, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.

Assemble the tacos by placing a few slices of chicken onto a tortilla, followed by a sprinkle of shredded cheese, a few slices of radish, and a sprinkle of cilantro.

Drizzle the gooey molasses over the top of the tacos and serve with a lime wedge on the side.
