Gooey Spanish Wrap
A fusion of gooey cheese, savory Spanish chorizo, and spicy horseradish in a crispy tortilla wrap.
Ingredients
- β1 cup, shredded Gooey cheese
- β4 oz, sliced Spanish chorizo
- β2 tbsp Horseradish sauce
- β1 Large tortilla wrap
- β1/4 cup Chopped cilantro
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
Instructions

1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add sliced chorizo and cook until crispy, about 3-4 minutes.

3. Remove chorizo from skillet and set aside.

4. Add 1 tbsp of horseradish sauce to the skillet and stir to coat.

5. Add shredded cheese to the skillet and stir until melted and gooey.

6. Warm the tortilla wrap by wrapping it in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

7. Assemble the wrap by placing the chorizo, cheese mixture, and chopped cilantro onto the tortilla.
