Spicy Beef Tagliatelle Casserole
A spicy beef and tagliatelle casserole perfect for a weeknight dinner. This recipe combines the flavors of Italy with a kick of heat.
Ingredients
- β250g beefground beef
- β200g tagliatellewide egg noodles
- β100g masarepacornmeal
- β1 tsp spicydried chilli flakes
- β1 tsp withdried oregano
- β1 tsp yellowdried turmeric
- β1/2 cup goeeygrated cheddar cheese
- β1 cup fillingdiced bell peppers

Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).

Cook the tagliatelle according to package instructions.

In a large pan, cook the beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

Add the dried chilli flakes, oregano, and turmeric to the pan and cook for 1 minute.

Stir in the diced bell peppers and cook until they start to soften.

Add the cooked tagliatelle to the pan and stir to combine with the beef mixture.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the grated cheese.
