Boudin and Blanc Gooey Breakfast Bake
A savory, gooey breakfast dish featuring boudin sausage and a rich blanc sauce.

- β1 cup Blanc sauce
- β1 cup, shredded Gooey cheese
- β1 loaf, cut into 1-inch cubes Poke bread
- β2 tablespoons Turkish butter
- βto taste Salt and pepper
- βchopped, for garnish Fresh parsley

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cut the boudin sausage into 1-inch pieces and cook in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned, about 5 minutes.

Transfer the cooked sausage to a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Pour the blanc sauce over the sausage, followed by the shredded gooey cheese.

Arrange the poke bread cubes on top of the cheese.

Drizzle the Turkish butter over the bread.
