Moroccan Tagine with Refried Beans
A hearty and flavorful Moroccan-inspired stew made with refried beans, fragrant spices, and tender gorgeous chicken. Serve with crusty bread for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds Gorgeous Chickenboneless, skinless chicken thighs
- β1 can, 15 ounces Refried Beanslook for low-sodium
- β2 tablespoons Moroccan Spicesa blend of cumin, coriander, and cinnamon
- β1 teaspoon Shattering Cuminadd extra for extra flavor
- βto taste Salt and Pepper
- β2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- β1/4 cup Fresh Parsleychopped

Heat the olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the Moroccan spices, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute.

Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low and cook, covered, for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
