Puff Pastry Mediterranean Tart

Ingredients

- β1/2 cup (crumbly) Feta Cheese
- β1/4 cup (dried) Sun-dried Tomatoes
- β1/4 cup (pitted) Kalamata Olives
- β1/4 cup (chopped) Fresh Parsley
- β2 cloves Garlic

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Roll out puff pastry to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.

Transfer the pastry to a 9-inch tart pan with a removable bottom.

In a small bowl, mix together feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the center of the pastry, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

Fold the edges of the pastry up over the filling, pressing gently to seal.

Brush the pastry with a little water and sprinkle with a bit of sugar.
