Creamy Australian Potato Gratin

- β2 tablespoons gourmet butter
- β1 cup creamy grated cheddar
- β1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.

In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, create a layer of potatoes.
