Lahmacun: Turkish-Style Minced Meat Pizza
A traditional Turkish dish, similar to pizza, topped with minced meat, onions, and spices.
Ingredients
- β1 package Lahmacun dough
- β250g Minced meat
- β1 medium Onionfinely chopped
- β2 tsp Turkish spice mix
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1 tsp Black pepper
- β1 tsp Red pepper flakes
- β1/4 cup Grapechopped (optional)

Preheat the oven to 450Β°F (230Β°C).

Roll out the lahmacun dough to a thickness of 1/4 inch.

Spread the minced meat mixture over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

Top with chopped onion, Turkish spice mix, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and top with chopped grape (if using).

Return to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the grape is caramelized.
