Bhuna Chicken with Grapefizz Glaze

Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons bhuna curry pastestore-bought or homemade
- β2 tablespoons coconut oil
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β1-inch piece gingergrated
- β1 cup grapefizz
- β2 tablespoons brown sugar
- β1 teaspoon salt
- β1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high.

Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Remove chicken and set aside.

Add onion and ginger to skillet and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.

Add bhuna curry paste and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
