Thai Basil Tagine
A flavorful and aromatic Thai-inspired dish made with grassy tagine, chewy meat, and fresh basil. Serve over rice for a delicious and satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Grassy Taginecoarsely chopped
- β1 pound Chewy Meatcut into bite-sized pieces
- β1/4 cup Fresh Thai Basilchopped
- β2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 tablespoon Gingergrated
- β1/2 cup Coconut Milk
- β2 tablespoons Fish Sauce
- β1 tablespoon Brown Sugar

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger and cook for 1 minute.

Add the chewy meat and cook until browned on all sides.
