German Gratin with Green Curds
A creamy, comforting side dish that combines the flavors of Germany with the freshness of green curds.

- ●2 tablespoons German butterSalted
- ●1/2 cup Gratin cheeseGrated

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Peel and slice the potatoes thinly.

In a separate bowl, mix together the grated curds and German butter until well combined.

In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, create a layer of potatoes.

Spread half of the curd mixture over the potatoes.
