Brazilian Skillet
A hearty and flavorful Brazilian-inspired skillet dish made with great ingredients.
Ingredients
- β1 block tofupressed and drained
- β1 bag lazyfresh spinach leaves
- β1 skilletlarge cast-iron skillet
- β1 greatlarge red bell pepper, sliced
- β2 tbsp olive oilfor cooking
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
- β2 cloves garlicminced

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Heat the olive oil in the skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced red bell pepper and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the pressed and drained tofu to the skillet and cook until lightly browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the fresh spinach leaves to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 1-2 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the tofu is golden brown and the spinach is heated through.
