Delightful Green Maki Rolls
A simple and delicious Japanese-style sushi roll with a twist of fresh delight. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- β1 cup GreenCucumber slices
- β1/2 cup DelightPickled Delight (such as pickled ginger)
- β1 cup Sushi riceCooked Japanese short-grain rice
- β1 tsp Olive oilFor brushing
- β1 tsp Sesame seedsOptional garnish
- β1 tsp Soy sauceFor serving
- β2 tsp Rice vinegarFor sushi rice
- β1 tsp SugarFor sushi rice
- β1/4 tsp SaltFor sushi rice
- β1 cup WaterFor sushi rice

Prepare sushi rice according to package instructions.

Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small bowl.

Add the vinegar mixture to the cooked sushi rice and mix well.

Cut the Delight into thin slices.

Cut the Green into thin slices.

Lay a sheet of nori seaweed flat on a sushi mat.

Spread a thin layer of sushi rice onto the nori.

Place a few slices of Delight and Green in the middle of the rice.
