Jamaican Grilled Duck
A sweet and spicy Jamaican-inspired dish featuring grilled duck breast. This recipe is perfect for a special occasion or a summer barbecue.
Ingredients

- β1/4 cup Jamaican jerk seasoningstore-bought or homemade

- β1 cup grilled pineapplegrilled and sliced
- β1/2 cup red onionthinly sliced
- β1/4 cup fresh cilantrochopped
- β2 tablespoons lime juicefreshly squeezed

Season the duck breast with Jamaican jerk seasoning, making sure to coat all surfaces evenly.

Transfer the duck breast to a plate and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, grill the pineapple slices for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they have nice char marks.
