Grilled Tzimmes
A simple and delicious side dish featuring sweet carrots and prunes, grilled to perfection. Tzimmes is a traditional Jewish dish that's perfect for springtime and summer gatherings.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons brown sugar
- β1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- β1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- β1/2 teaspoon salt

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Peel and slice the carrots into 1/4-inch thick rounds.

In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and salt.

Add the prunes to the sugar mixture and toss to coat.
