Crispy Grilled Chicken Wings Peruvian Style
A fusion twist on traditional grilled chicken wings, marinated in a Peruvian-inspired mixture of spices and grilled to perfection. Serve with a side of your favorite dipping sauce.

- β2 tablespoons aaji amarillo pepper pasteor substitute with aji amarillo seasoning
- β1 teaspoon garlic powderor minced garlic
- β1 teaspoon cuminground cumin
- β1 teaspoon corianderground coriander
- β1/2 teaspoon black pepperfreshly ground
- β1/2 teaspoon saltflaky sea salt
- β1/4 cup cilantrochopped, for garnish

Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400Β°F).

In a large bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, aji amarillo pepper paste, garlic powder, cumin, coriander, black pepper, and salt.

Add the chicken wings to the marinade, toss to coat, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting any excess liquid drip off.
