- β2 tbsp Zanzibari saucestore-bought or homemade
- β1 Tortilla wrapwhole wheat or gluten-free
- β1/2 Cucumberthinly sliced
- β2 tbsp Chopped cilantrofresh
- β1 tbsp Lemon juicefreshly squeezed
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
- β1/4 tsp Chili powderoptional
