Gruyere Kale Frittata
A simple and flavorful frittata packed with tender kale and nutty gruyere cheese, perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.
Ingredients

- ●2 cups, chopped Kale
- ●1 tablespoon, butter or oil Saute
- ●to taste Salt
- ●to taste Black pepper

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, sauté the chopped kale in butter or oil until tender.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Add the shredded gruyere cheese to the egg mixture and stir to combine.

Pour the egg mixture over the cooked kale in the skillet.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
