Korean-Style Beef Bulgogi
A classic Korean dish made with marinated beef and roasted vegetables, perfect for a spicy dinner.
Ingredients

In a large bowl, whisk together bulgogi sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, and 1 tablespoon of roasted sesame oil.

Add the sliced beef to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Remove the beef from the marinade and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.

Transfer the beef to a cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.

In a small bowl, mix together chopped green onions and 1 tablespoon of roasted sesame oil.

Serve the beef with the green onion mixture spooned over the top and garnished with roasted sesame seeds.
