Jamaican Briny Bake
A unique combination of flavors and textures to cure that hangover. This Jamaican-inspired dish combines the brininess of feta cheese with the sweetness of caramelized onions and the crunch of fresh leaves.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Caramelized Onions
- β1 cup, crumbled Feta Cheese
- β2, sliced Bake Apples
- β1 cup, chopped Fresh Leaves
- β2 tbsp Honey
- β1 tsp Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
- β1 tbsp Vine Vinegar

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large skillet, caramelize the onions over medium heat for 20 minutes.

In a separate pan, cook the sliced apples until they are tender.

In a large bowl, combine the crumbled feta cheese, caramelized onions, cooked apples, chopped leaves, honey, and jerk seasoning.

Mix well and transfer the mixture to a baking dish.

Drizzle the vine vinegar over the top of the mixture.
