Vietnamese Hangover Cure Soup
A spicy and comforting soup to help alleviate hangover symptoms. This recipe combines the flavors of Vietnam with the soothing effects of kale.

- β2 cups, chopped Kale
- β1/4 cup, thinly sliced Gio
- β2 tablespoons, chopped Hangover
- β2 cloves, minced Cha
- β4 cups Vegetable broth
- β1 cup Coconut milk
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β1 teaspoon Furikake

Heat the vegetable broth in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the sliced gio and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the chopped kale, hangover, cha, and furikake. Cook for another 5 minutes.
