Harissa Lime Leaf Stir Fry
A spicy and flavorful stir fry made with harissa, lime, and leafy greens, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β2 tablespoons Harissa
- β2 tablespoons Lime juicefreshly squeezed
- β1 bunch Chopped leafy greens (such as kale or spinach)
- β1 tablespoon Olive oil
- βto taste Salt and pepper
- β1 medium Fry onionsthinly sliced
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 medium Bell pepperssliced

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced onions and cook until they start to caramelize, about 3-4 minutes.
