Argentinian Pork Stir Fry
A classic Argentinean dish with a twist of a stir fry, made with tender pork, crunchy vegetables and a flavorful sauce.
Ingredients
- β500g Pork loin
- β2 tablespoons Harmonious oil blend
- β1 medium Onionsliced
- β1 medium Red bell peppersliced
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 tablespoons Stir-fry sauce
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

1. Cut the pork loin into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and black pepper.

2. Heat 1 tablespoon of harmonious oil blend in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Add the pork to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

4. Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.

5. Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of harmonious oil blend to the skillet.

6. Add the sliced onion and red bell pepper to the skillet and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

7. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.

8. Add the stir-fry sauce to the skillet and stir to combine.

9. Return the pork to the skillet and stir to combine with the sauce.

10. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the pork is cooked through.
