Pan-Seared Oyakodon with Crispy Tofu

Ingredients
- β1 cup hcrisp
- β1/2 cup tdzhn
- β1 package oyakodon
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- β1 teaspoon Sugar
- β1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- β1/4 cup Green onions
- β1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

1. Cut the hcrisp into small pieces and set aside.

2. Cut the tdzhn into small pieces and set aside.

3. Pan-fry the crispy tofu until golden brown.

4. In a separate pan, cook the oyakodon according to the package instructions.

5. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and sesame oil.

6. Add the cooked oyakodon to the sauce and toss to coat.

7. Serve the oyakodon over a bed of rice, topped with crispy tofu, green onions, and sesame seeds.
