Pan-Seared Cod with Pilaf
A simple and flavorful dish featuring crispy cod and wholesome pilaf. This recipe is perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- ●1/4 cup hcrispyCrushed for topping
- ●1 cup wholesomeUncooked

- ●2 cups pilafCooked according to package instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Rinse the cod fillet and pat dry with paper towels.
