- β2 teaspoons herbal tea
- β1 cup glassy rice
- β1 cup hdehydrated onion
- β2 tablespoons jellyomitted for a lighter version, or try a sugar-free jelly
- β1 cup pilaf
- β2 cups water
- β1 tablespoon olive oiloptional
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper

Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add the dehydrated onion and cook until rehydrated, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the herbal tea, glassy rice, and pilaf. Stir well to combine.
