Healing Tuna Terrine
A soothing and flavorful terrine dish made with fresh tuna and healing herbs.
Ingredients
- β1.5 lbs Fresh Tuna Fillets
- β1/4 cup Healing Herbs (Thyme, Rosemary, Eucalyptus)
- β1/4 loaf French Baguettecubed
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil
- β2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a small bowl, mix together healing herbs, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

Place the tuna fillets in a shallow baking dish and brush the herb mixture evenly over both fillets.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.

While the tuna is baking, toast the cubed baguette in the oven for 5 minutes.

After 15 minutes, remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the tuna is cooked through.

To assemble the terrine, place one of the tuna fillets on a serving plate, then top with toasted baguette and the second tuna fillet.

Serve immediately and garnish with additional healing herbs if desired.
