Argentinian Freekeh Pilaf

- β1 medium onion
- β3 cloves garlic
- β1 tsp ground cumin
- β1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- β1/2 tsp salt
- β1/4 tsp black pepper
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high.
